Tours
We encourage all parents interested in learning more about our incredible school and offerings to join a small group campus tour. We will generally cater for a maximum of 10 parents per tour. Our enthusiastic Student Leaders will lead the tour to tell you more about our school, their learning and opportunities.
This is a great opportunity to explore our beautiful campus and get to know us better. KGV School Senior Leadership Team, Teachers, Admissions Team, and Student Leaders are happy to answer any questions you might have about our vibrant community, outstanding curriculum and the admissions process.
As the tours are aimed at providing parents with the necessary information to make informed decisions, parents are requested not to bring young children under the age of 10 with them on the tours.
To not disrupt the school’s operation, our school tour takes place from 9:30 am – 10:30 am on selected school days only.
Please note that there will be no tours during the school holidays.
Following are the dates for our tours in Term 1:
- 8 Sep 2025 - Current ESF Year 6 Families ONLY
- 12 Sep 2025 - Current ESF Year 6 Families ONLY
- 17 Sep 2025 - For Non-ESF families whose children are set to enroll in Year 7 for the 2026/27 academic year (born in 2015)
- 22 Sep 2025 - For Non-ESF families whose children are set to enroll in Year 7 for the 2026/27 academic year (born in 2015)

It is important that you sign up for the session according to the right category. We reserve the right to allocate you to a different group (only if places are still available) / release your spot if wrongly signed up for the session.
Interested parents/guardians are requested to reserve a place on a tour by completing this registration form here.
School tours are only available on scheduled dates and places will be given on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive a confirmation email 1 - 2 days before the booked school tour. No entry is allowed without a confirmation.
Walk-in guests, whose names are not on the confirmation list, will not be admitted.
We reserve the right to refuse admission to school tours.
All School Tour visitors are required to register at the Guard Hut upon arrival. All visitors must then proceed to the School’s Reception which is located in the Foyer (entry from the Clock Tower). Unregistered visitors to the School will not be permitted entry.
The tours are an opportunity to learn more about our school. Please note that a tour’s attendance does not influence KGV School or ESF-wide admission applications.
