Media Consent & Usage Statement
Starting in the 2026–2027 academic year, parents and caregivers can update their child’s media consent preferences on the ESF HUB. This setting indicates whether photos or videos of your child may be featured in KGV and ESF official marketing, publications, social media, or promotional materials.
Please note that in the dynamic daily environment of school events and community activities, students or staff members may occasionally appear in the background or out of focus in crowd shots and wide-angle footage. While we take every measure to respect your preferences, should you identify an issue with any published photo or video, please contact our team at office@kgv.edu.hk. Include details or a link to the specific post or publication, and we will review and adjust or remove the content as appropriate.
